Buffalo wings are an excellent food.

We here at Drums & Flats are not reinventing the wheel. What we have done is put much thought and care into serving the best version of this original American delicacy. Our wings hail from chickens that are rich in descriptors – free-range, antibiotic-free and raised here in NY and Pennsylvania. These are not the monster poultry pieces you might encounter elsewhere but instead intentionally skew slightly smaller – the result being crispier, more-flavorful wings where sauce and spices penetrate all the way to the bone.  Once you’ve tasted D&F wings, you’ll understand and appreciate what we do.
