Hello, we’re Drums and Flats. A new Wing bar in Park Slope.
Born of a shared love of hospitality, community and wings (and other delicious food), Drums and Flats is the brainchild of Jake Trebach, Matt Volner and Josh Ellis. The three guys also own Uncle Barry's (58 5th Avenue) and Moot Bar (579 Myrtle), two bars that are still very cool even though they don't serve wings.
Josh, Matt and Jake have partnered with Mike Roberts, chef at Tao Restaurant Group, to bring you some of the most delicious wings, sandwiches, sides and salads you'll ever have the pleasure of encountering. Whether your wing tastes run toward our Lemon Pepper, our classic Buffalo, our sweet-salty Hot Honey or our provocative Reverse Ranch, we promise you won't be disappointed!
